I can develop the contract addendum, if required, for the requested repair items.
I can arrange for title insurance.
I can arrange to have the escrow documents developed.
I can arrange for the actual closing.
I can attend the closing to help ensure that all debits and credits are correctly assigned to the buyer or seller.
I can do all of the above or just part of the above for either the seller or buyer or both.
I have a 6/4/2 variable commission scale that you could possibily sell you home and receive full Realtor® services and pay only a 2 % total commission
Full Realtor® services would include all of the above along with listing the property in the area wide Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers MLS, on internet web sites, print advertising, yard sign if OK, doing open houses etc.
